Delivery Options:
1. Standard Delivery:

a. Appointments are not available. The freight company may call ahead to make sure someone is there to sign for delivery. Tracking numbers and information will be emailed to you as your product ships. We encourage you to track it online, or call the freight company for an estimated time of delivery. If re-delivery is necessary, you will incur additional charges.
b. Your order will arrive on a tractor trailer to your address.
c. The driver will move the freight to the back of the truck. Removing freight from the truck is your responsibility. PLEASE MAKE ADVANCE ARRANGEMENTS FOR UNLOADING YOUR FREIGHT.

2. Standard Plus Delivery:

a. The delivery agent will call to make an appointment with you, usually offering a 2-4 hour window of delivery.
b. Your order will arrive on a small truck to your address.
c. The items will be moved from the truck and delivered to your front door by 1-2 delivery men as needed.
